Timeless questions, explored with care
The Wisdom Women Library is the home of The Wisdom Women Were Never Taught: insightful videos and Companion Workbooks that explore timeless human questions through psychology, philosophy, mythology, literature, history and art.
It is written for thoughtful women in midlife and beyond, and it welcomes readers of every age.
How we work
Each video begins with a human question. Each Companion Workbook gathers the ideas that illuminate it, the history and literature that deepen it, verified sources, art for contemplation, and pages for your own reflection.
We keep a clear line between verified teaching, modern research, and our own interpretation. Quotations carry their full sources. Real artworks are always the real works.
What the Library is not
It is not a coaching program, a course, or a diagnosis. The ideas here are offered for education and reflection.

A Note From Our Founder
The Wisdom Women Library began as something deeply personal.
For years, I’ve been drawn to the questions that don’t have easy answers. Why do we become who we are? Why do we repeat certain patterns? Why is it sometimes so difficult to know what we truly want?
My own life gave me plenty of reasons to ask them. I went through relationship challenges and a divorce. At 45, I found myself working through relationships, caring for my family, and reinventing myself after selling my business. More than anything, I wanted to feel happy, grounded and confident in myself, even in solitude.
That is when the work of Carl Jung clicked for me. It helped me see that this kind of happiness has to be built from within, not sought from other people or relationships. Through individuation, Jung’s lifelong process of becoming more whole, I began to recognize parts of myself I had neglected, and slowly to integrate them. I am still growing. But I have never felt this grounded in myself.
Along the way, I found myself sharing these ideas with women friends, and I began to wonder how many other women might find the same value in them. That’s how The Wisdom Women Were Never Taught began: insightful videos, thoughtful books, and Companion Workbooks that invite you to explore these ideas in your own life.
We are not here to present ourselves as psychologists, philosophers, or authorities on how anyone should live. We are curious students of the human experience, bringing together the work of great thinkers, carefully researched stories, and questions worth considering.
This Library is a passion project, and I learn from every part of it myself. I hope something you discover here stays with you, or becomes a conversation you share with another woman.
With warmth,Carolin Soldo
